have had the privilege
of hunting, fishing,
camping, sking, canoeing,
hiking, swimming &
scuba diving throughout
the Great Lakes for
the last four decades.
I have to say that it
has taken me up until
now to be in a position
to be a part of something
that will allow me to
give back to this great
resource called Michigan
& ensure that my
children (as well as
yours) have the same
opportunities as I have
had. My wish is simple,
I want to surround myself
with people who feel
the same way I do about
this shows mission statement
& enhance my knowledge
of outdoor activities.
I met Bob Bauer a few
years back & we
talked in great lengths
about the common passion
we both have for the
Outdoors & I new
that I was talking to
an individual who shared
the same beliefs as
I. After a few months
of kicking around some
idea’s, I then
told my business partner
, Dave Clevinger of
my Idea to link ourselves
into the Camp 2 Fires
ideology, an ideology
we both already had
,but had yet to take
it to the next level.
We then set out to purchase
the rights to the show
& partner up with
Bob so we could expand
on the mission statement.
It is very clear to
us what we must do.
Help those who do not
know about what we so
passionately love to
do & watch it grow.
This show & web
site will be utilized
as a platform to educate
the listeners about
any one of the many
outdoor activities that
are discussed on the
show & try to carry
its message to the masses.
I know you will find
in this format the one
thing you are passionate
about, whether it is
releasing an arrow at
a Michigan whitetail,
or fishing for salmon
in one of our great
lakes or inland rivers
& cooking it over
a camp fire while sharing
your stories with your
children….. It
is out there; let us
help you find it!
